Refund Policy

Cancellations and Refunds
Order cancellations for full refunds are available before the order ships. We cannot cancel or refund orders once they have shipped.

By placing an order with Pirsek Technologies you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Products are sold strictly for laboratory research, forensic analysis, or other qualifying non-human/non-veterinary purposes.
  • You have verified that the items, quantities, and shipping details in your cart are correct before completing payment.
  • Order cancellations for full refunds are available before the order ships. We cannot cancel or refund orders once they have shipped.

Receipt of Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Every shipment is photographed, weighed, and sealed prior to dispatch. If a parcel is visibly damaged in transit or you believe you have received the wrong item, you must:

  1. Take clear photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and product label(s).
  2. Email the images and a brief description of the issue to support@peptide.partners within 48 hours of the carrier’s delivery timestamp.

After review we may, at our sole discretion, offer a one-time reshipment of the affected item(s). Once an order has shipped, verified shipment issues may be addressed through replacement or reshipment where appropriate.

Regulatory & Safety Exceptions (EU Cooling-Off Period)
Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU exempts “goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly” and Article 16(e) exempts “sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons” once unsealed. Laboratory chemicals fall under these exemptions; therefore, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply.

Chargebacks
Initiating an unwarranted chargeback violates the sale agreement. We promptly submit full documentation—including order confirmations, shipping records, product photographs, and copies of this policy—to the processing bank to contest any such claims.
